Bei uns schraubst du nicht einfach - du baust Träume auf zwei Rädern. Du hast noch Power übrig? Zeig was du drauf hast als Zweiradmonteur:in (m/w/d) bei PROPAIN und werde Bike-Held:in. 

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du montierst unsere individuell konfigurierten Bikes - mit Liebe zum Detail, technischem Know-how und echtem Bike-Verstand.
  • Du checkst neue Bikes auf Herz und Nieren, nimmst Reparaturen vor und sorgst dafür, dass jedes Rad unsere Werkstatt im Top-Zustand verlässt. 
  • Du baust Laufräder, die rollen wie ein Schweizer-Uhrwerk - präzise, zuverlässig und passgenau. 
  • Die finale Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsprüfung - du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Bikes wirklich ready für die Trails dieser Welt sind.
  • Du gestaltets den Werkstattalltag aktiv mit - ob bei der Optimierung von Abläufen, der Organisation im Team oder der Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse. 
  • Nutze den Tage - bei uns arbeitest du von Montag bis Freitag - 06:30 bis 15:30 Uhr
Dein Profil
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zweiradmechaniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - oder bist ein talentierter Quereinsteiger mit echter Schrauber-Leidenschaft.
  • Du kennst dich mit MTBs, E-Bikes und Bike-Komponenten aus - idealerweise sogar mit High-End-Produkten.
  • Du arbeitest präzise, zuverlässig und qualitätsbewusst - auch wenn´s mal schnell gehen muss.
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, der gern mit anpackt und sich in einem sportlich-dynamischen Umfeld wohlfühlt.
  • Du bringst  technisches Verständnis, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und eine gute Portion Hands-on-Mentalität mit. 
  • Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Montage, Reparatur oder im Laufradbau - ist kein Muss, wir bringen dir einiges bei.
  • Bike-Leidenschaft? - Ein riesiges Plus - bei uns dreht sich (fast) alles ums Rad.

Your mission
  • You assemble our individually configured bikes - with attention to detail, technical expertise and real bike savvy.
  • You put new bikes through their paces, carry out repairs and ensure that every bike leaves our workshop in top condition. 
  • You build wheels that roll like Swiss clockwork - precise, reliable and a perfect fit. 
  • The final quality and safety check - you make sure that our bikes are really ready for the trails of this world.
  • You play an active role in shaping everyday workshop life - whether it's optimising workflows, organising the team or further developing our processes.
Your profile
  • You have completed training as a bicycle mechanic or have a comparable qualification - or are a talented career changer with a real passion for mechanics.
  • You are familiar with MTBs, e-bikes and bike components - ideally even with high-end products.
  • You are precise, reliable and quality-conscious - even when things have to be done quickly.
  • You are a real team player who likes to lend a hand and feels comfortable in a sporty, dynamic environment.
  • You have technical understanding, a structured way of working and a good dose of hands-on mentality. 
  • Ideally, you have some experience in assembly, repair or wheel building - this is not a must, we will teach you a thing or two.
  • Passionate about bikes? - A huge plus - at our company (almost) everything revolves around bikes.
